Whether you are on holiday or on a business trip, we want to make sure your experience with us is the best it can be.
Therefore, we offer a range of services to help make even the small things easier.

Baggage

There is nothing worse than having to check out of a hotel and drag your bags about for the day before travelling home. We want you to enjoy your holiday down to the last minute. Our porters are on hand to help with your luggage on arrival & departure and at check out time, we are more than happy to store your suitcases at Reception, so you can make the most of the last day of your holiday.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 7:30am and 9:30am. However, if you want an earlier start to the day, contact Reception or the Head Waiter at least 24 hours before.

Car Hire and Parking

It couldn’t be easier to book a hire car. Our Reservations Team are happy to help or you can arrange it at Reception through our preferred operator, Hertz Rent a Car. Make the most of the island and become explorers as you uncover its secrets and hidden gems. Limited parking is available onsite for your convenience. All we ask, is that if you do need to block someone’s car in, please leave your car keys at the Porter’s desk.

Coach Tours

Embark on an adventure and see the Island whilst learning some interesting facts about its fascinating history. Please ask at Reception for details on the variety of coach tours available.

Credit

Credit facilities are available by opening an account and Reception will be happy to help. Please note this has to be done in person and a credit card imprint will be required.

Day Trips

Don’t be limited, explore further afield with day trips to France (UK Residents will require a valid passport), Guernsey, and Sark. Reception will happily provide you with information on the various options, and provide you with any helpful tips they may have.

Dinner

Dinner is served in the Dining Room between 6pm and 8:30pm. Why not pop across to the Mayfair Restaurant section for more details.

Entertainment

There is a variety of free entertainment for your enjoyment in the evenings. An up-to-date timetable is available on the information board in Reception, and on our entertainment page.

Board Games

The Mayfair stocks a range of board games, as well as Dominoes and cards. Available behind Reception, why not enjoy some traditional family fun?

Free Wifi

Does your family need the internet to function? Do not worry as we have free 24/7 wifi available throughout the hotel and two computers you can access.

Newspapers

Daily newspapers are available from the Porter's Desk each morning and can be ordered in advance.

Packed Lunches

Out & about? Pre-order your packed lunch from Reception.

LAUNDRY

Irons and laundry facilities are available opposite room 127. Washing powder is also available from Reception.

Valuables

The Management cannot accept liability for the loss of valuables unless they are deposited with Reception for safe keeping. 24 hour room service is available, please see the back of the guest information leaflet or enquire at Reception for details.
