"Here we are over 21 years on and still going strong. Welcome to our four day Jazz Party. Great jazz, great company and value for money. My motto is, you can’t get enough of a good thing, and we have the musicians to provide it.
The Spike Heatley Quartet will be making a return visit. Spike,now retired in France playing golf (and showing me a few tricks to boot) was persuaded to dust his bass off one evening when Martin Taylor and I were dining with him. We just happened to have a couple of guitars with us, so Spike was persuaded to join us. The result of this little session fired up our hero and he is now promoting his new CD "The Other Side of The Coin", buy it because it is a great recording with Roy Williams and Danny Moss as guests.
