Depending on availability and time of the year, we are able to offer you the facilities of a conference room at either the Metropole or Mayfair Hotels.

According to your requirements, we can arrange for any necessary equipment or services to compliment your conference - for these we will charge an extra fee, please see below.
If you wish us to cater for your conference, please consult the Sample Menus page, you can choose from a variety of set or buffet menus. Alternatively, if you only require something light, we offer tea/coffee & biscuits at £1.90 per serving per person or sandwiches at £1.95 per serving per person.
Accommodation is available at a special discounted rate, depending on availability and excluding peak season. Further details available on request.
