Let us at Modern Hotels do all the organising for you and leave you with free time to enjoy the delightful views of Jersey or maybe enjoy the facilities of our Health Club if you are a hotel resident. Not only do we provide fantastic conference facilities, but we can even arrange secretarial services, audio & visual aquipment and refreshments.

Depending on availability and time of the year, we are able to offer you the facilities of a conference room at either the Metropole or Mayfair Hotels. The venue can be confirmed on receipt of a definite booking. The Hotel Metropole is closed from late October until late March, however the Mayfair Hotel in Jersey is open and available throughout the year.

This newly refurbished suite fits up to 90 delegates (theatre style) and is suitable for anything from private business meetings to a memorable wedding venue in Jersey. 

First Floor Lounge

This smaller facility fits 10 delegates, perfect for a small private function, but doesn't lack the atmosphere of the larger facilities we have available.

The newly renovated Ritz Room can fit up to 120 delegates and is suitable for business meetings, birthday parties and perfect as a wedding venue. It also has room for a dance floor for your guests enjoyment.

Brooklyn Suite

Brooklyn Suite

Seating up to 180 delegates this large conference facility is extremely versatile. It has been used for large wedding receptions or even an indoor game of bowls. 

According to your requirements, Modern Hotels can arrange for any necessary equipment or services to compliment your conference in Jersey - for these we will charge an extra fee, please see annexe. If you wish us to cater for your conference, please consult the attached menus, you can choose from a variety of set or buffet menus. Accommodation is available at a specially discounted rate, depending on availability and excluding peak season. Further details available on request. We assure you that Modern Hotels will do our very best to assist you with your conference requirements to make it run as smoothly as possible.

The above rates include room layout and set up, jugs of iced water, use of pencils, pens and paper.

Video Presenter (14" Square) - from £45.00 per day
