Should you require luggage to be moved or stored, please contact the Porter by dialing "0" on the Hotel Room Phone. We are also happy to look after your luggage behind reception after Check-Out time for you to collect later for your convenience.
Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 7.30am and 9.30am. For an earlier breakfast contact Reception or the Head Waiter 24 hours prior to requirement.
Should you require car rental during your stay on the island, this can be arranged via Reception with Hertz. Alternatively car hire can be booked by our reservations team at a reduced rate when booking your stay. Check here for rates.
Limited parking is available within the hotel grounds. Guests must always leave car keys at thr Porter's desk when blocking other cars in.

Credit facilities are availble by opening an account. Please contact Reception in person where a credit card imprint will be required.
Information about day trips to France, Guernsey and Sark can be obtained from Reception.
Dinner is served in the Dining Room between 6.00pm and 8.30pm. Please see the Mayfair Restaurant section for more details.
There is a range of entertainment available free of charge at The Hotel. Please see our board, situated near reception, for more details.
Dominoes, cards and various board games are available at reception.
Free 24 hours a day wireless internet use is available for residents in the Reception area. There are also two computers available with internet access opposite Reception.
Irons and laundry facilities are available opposite room 127. Washing powder is also available from Reception.
A Kids club is run throughout the school holidays providing a range of exciting activities in a safe environment, giving parents a little time to relax on their holiday. This is subject to a minimum of 10 children staying at The Hotel. Please ask at Reception for further details.
Daily newspapers are available from the Porter's Desk each morning and can be ordered in advance.
Pushchairs can be hired via reception to save airport inconveniences.
