Hotel Metropole Services

As you would expect for a business and family friendly three star hotel, we offer a wide range of services to improve your holiday experience. Our main objective is to continue to offer the following services to distinguish ourselves as a top three star Jersey hotel.

Baggage

Should you require luggage to be moved or stored, please contact the Porter by dialing "0" on the Hotel Room Phone. We are also happy to look after your luggage behind reception after Check-Out time for you to collect later for your convenience.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in the Dining Room between 8.00am and 9.30am. Continental breakfasts are also available earlier than 8.00am when requested at Reception with 24 hours notice. These are available to eat in the Dining Room or you may request it to be delivered to your room.

Car Hire

Should you require car rental during your stay on the island, this can be arranged via Reception with Hertz.

Car Park

Limited parking is available within the hotel grounds. Guests must always leave car keys at thr Porter's desk when blocking other cars in.

Coach Tours

A range of coach tours are avilable. Please ask at Reception for details.

Credit

Credit facilities are availble by opening an account. Please contact Reception in person where a credit card imprint will be required.

Day Trips

Information about day trips to France, Guernsey and Sark can be obtained from Reception or our Information Centre.

Dinner

Dinner is served in the Dining Room between 6.00pm and 8.30pm. Please see the Metropole Restaurant section for more details.

Entertainment

There is a range of entertainment available free of charge at The Hotel. Please see our board in the Guest Information centre

Board Games

Dominoes, cards and various board games are available at reception.

Games Room

The games room consists of a pool table, arcade machines, air hockey and a large flat screen television. Perfect for the World Cup, with plenty of seating to relax or watch the kids play.

Internet

Free 24 hours a day wireless internet use is available for residents in the Reception and Lounge area. There are also two computers available with internet access next to Reception.

Irons and Laundry

A guest laundry room is availble which contains a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board. Tokens to use the appliances can be purchased from Reception.

Kids Klub

A Kids club is run throughout the school holidays providing a range of exciting activities in a safe environment, giving parents a little time to relax on their holiday. This is subject to a minimum of 10 children staying at The Hotel. Please ask at Reception for further details.
