Modern Hotels is a family-run hotel group which has being going strong for the past 40 years. Here at Modern we are always keen to recruit motivated individuals who have a keen interest in the hospitality and catering industry and who we know will offer our guests the best service possible.

Those who are interested in a career at Modern must be committed, presentable and preferably English-speaking. We offer induction training to settle you into your new role followed by any training relevant to your position – Customer Care, Health and Safety and Food Hygiene, to name but a few.

Modern Hotels offer competitive salaries and holiday pay, staff uniform and can provide staff accommodation either within the hotel or in one of our specially designated staff houses. Those Staff who live in are provided with staff meals while those who live out are offered staff meals whilst on duty.
